Privacy Policy
InfiniOps AI ("InfiniOps", "we", "us") operates the InfiniOps AI assistant (the "Service"), including the Telegram bot and websites at infiniops.io and ai.infiniops.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information — including Google user data when you connect your Google account.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Telegram user ID, username, and messages you send to the bot
- Gmail address you provide during onboarding
- Tasks, lists, reminders, and preferences
- Support communications to hello@infiniops.io
Google user data (when you connect Google)
| Data type | Examples |

| Google account profile | Email address (via OAuth) |
| Gmail data | Headers, from/to, subject, body text, attachments, PDF content on request |
| Google Calendar data | Event titles, descriptions, location, times, attendees |
| OAuth credentials | Access token, refresh token, expiry, authorized scopes |
We do not collect or store your Google account password.
2. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide features you request:
- Link your Google account to your Telegram user
- Read, search, and summarize email when you ask (Pro and Business plans)
- Send email when you explicitly request it (Pro and Business plans)
- Manage calendar events: list, create, update, delete, and invite attendees
- Maintain your OAuth connection without signing in every time
We do not use Google user data for: advertising, selling data, or training generalized AI/ML models.
AI processing: Relevant content (including portions of Gmail or calendar data) may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) for real-time inference only — not for model training under our commercial API terms.
3. How we share Google user data
We do not sell Google user data. We share data only with service providers as needed:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google / Google Cloud | OAuth, Gmail API, Calendar API, hosting (Cloud Run, Firestore) |
| Anthropic | AI inference to generate responses |
| Telegram | Delivering bot messages and attachments |
4. Data storage and security
- OAuth tokens are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (
users/{telegram_user_id}/google_tokens) - Conversation history and profile data are stored in Firestore
- Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with encryption in transit and at rest
- Access is limited to authorized systems; authentication uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol
5. Data retention and deletion
- OAuth tokens — until you disconnect Google, delete your account, or we no longer need them
- Conversation history and profile — until you delete your account
How to delete your data:
- In Telegram: send
/delete_accountand confirm - In Google: Third-party app access → remove InfiniOps AI
- By email: hello@infiniops.io (subject: "Data deletion request") — within 30 days
